TRIO-SSS ESL

Kirkwood Community College’s TRIO SSS ESL program provides opportunities for academic support, social engagement, and cultural activities for non-native English speakers, ELA students, or students who speak a language other than English at home. This resource provides:

• Academic Advising and Support
• Financial Literacy
• Tutoring and Mentorship
• Transfer Advising
• Assistance with Applying for Scholarships
• Cultural and Civic Engagement Opportunities

Other Support for Credit Students

In addition, Kirkwood also offers individual advising and study support available. This includes:

• Study support at the Learning Commons (see schedule)
• Language Lab at 3010 Cedar Hall
