Grading for Equity: First Conversations
“Grading for Equity,” often referred to as “no zero grading,” is growing in popularity, but there still is much confusion and misinformation surrounding this approach to student evaluation. Learn about the pillars of accurate, bias-resistant, and motivational grading practices, and how they are more equitable and inclusive than traditional grading practices including late work penalties, zeros for unsubmitted work, and 1-100 percentage grading.
