What is it?
Book creation for web book, ebook, print and digital PDF and other uses
While PressbooksEDU can supplement and add capabilities to Talon (H5P, redistribution, collaboration, OER metadata), the Kirkwood Talon LMS may satisfy the needs for many.

Formatting
Themes set the overall design.
Enter text in the Visual Editor. Text editor can adjust elements using HTML. Tabs at the top of the Edit Chapter screen toggles between Visual and Text Editors. Not as precise as prepress applications like Adobe InDesign.
Themes can be adjusted with additional CSS – Appearance ->Custom Styles

Documentation tool from h5p.com-This is another example of a content type, which might be useful for organizing your project. The tool offers prompts and then formats a document that can be saved as a MS Word document.
